As a Discord user, you all know there are so many scammers trying to steal your credit card information, personal information, or your Discord account and nuke your servers. So we thought, why not make a bot to defend against those dirty scammers and protect you and your server? That's the main push start for the Razer Discord bot.
We started this project in mid-2021 with four group members. First, we started the bot as a moderation bot, and we started expanding sooner than we thought. Users wanted our service more frequently than we anticipated, so we decided to make the bot multipurpose, and it was fired right away.More and more users started to add our bot, and yes, our bot got verified in less than 3 months. We were so happy and thrilled to make this bot more purposeful and simple for the users. At the end of 2021, we had more than 100k bot users, and that was our dream goal. And after that, we made an API to catch scam links and delete them instantly whenever someone posts a scam link. We now have over 400k users and perform 1 million moderation actions per week.And we are really happy to help communities and people not get scammed and stay protected.
